We are a student-led non-profit founded in 2018. Our vision is to change the culture of consent in our communities. We do this by training and supporting high school students so they can develop and teach our curriculum.

Welcome to Consent and Respect Discussions. We are a student led program developed and run by Makayla Hastings and Chloe Pretchuk.
We founded C.A.R.D. in June 2018. Over the past four years we have led discussions for over 200 students across the lower mainland and have continued our efforts throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.

Having a strong community is the foundation of our program. We have a community for everyone, whether you are just starting high school and want to meet new people or if you are trying to navigate post secondary.
